1. Apply lip balm to the entire lip.
2. Take your fingers and rub in the balm for 30 seconds ( This helps stimulate the blood vessels).
3. Run a tooth brush or dry cloth over your mouth to remove all of the dead skin cells ( a cool trick is do this while your in the shower because the steam will help with removing the dead skin quicker).
